I was born, raised and am a lifetime resident of Chazy Lake. I developed a successful career in Real Estate with Lakeland Equites, under the tutelage of my mentor Dan Waldron, learning the specifics of selling lakefront property in the Adirondacks.
Following Dan’s retirement I went on to obtain her Brokers license and opened my own real estate agency LaPoint Realty Inc, a small family business that included working with my children and sister.
I am a very active member of Chazy Lake Environmental Committee. I’ve been a strong advocate for the protection and preservation of Chazy Lake and co-authored a book called Lake Fiction And Folklore- The History Of Chazy Lake.
I live on Chazy Lake with my daughter Lisa, son in-law Todd and granddaughters Kristen and Kayla. Although I call Chazy Lake home, I’ve also spent many summers at Greenwood Stables on Chateaugay Lake. My husband George and I lived in Chateaugay Lake, so I’ve blessed to have loved and lived on both lakes.
One of my favorite sayings is …
“If you’re lucky enough to live on a lake, you are lucky enough!”
