Come experience one of the nicest sandy beaches on Chazy Lake. This property is on 1,000 feet of private sandy shoreline. Enjoy ample privacy, build a campfire, kayak, canoe or walk the trails that lead to the base of Lyon Mountain. This four-season, two-bedroom home has everything you and your family will need to make memories at the lake. It has a private sandy beach with the most beautiful view of surrounding mountains including Lyon Mountain as well as a 180-degree view of the lake. The property is equipped with a 64’ Flo dock system for docking your boat. Kayaks, a paddleboat, and adult-size life jackets are provided for your use. Even more….there is an outdoor fire pit and a new gas grill.

This home is being furnished with all new furniture and beds, and the appliances and washer/dryer are updated. Enjoy your cookouts on the large Trex deck, and your morning coffee on the upper balcony.

There is no smoking on this property. Pets are not permitted, but local kennel information can be provided upon request.

Weekly rental fee: $1,200. Sleeps 6 guests.
